We offer both! While we specialize in full-service event planning where we handle every detail from concept to execution, we also offer "Day-of Coordination" and partial planning packages for clients who have already booked their venue and vendors but need professional management to execute the final vision.
For weddings and large corporate galas, we recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance to secure the best venues and vendors. For smaller social events and birthdays, 2 to 3 months is usually sufficient.
Yes! We have planned beautiful destination weddings and corporate retreats all across Kenya, including Diani, Naivasha, Nanyuki, and Mombasa. Travel and accommodation fees for our team will apply to out-of-town events.
Yes. For delivery orders, we have a minimum rental value of KES 10,000. If your order is below this amount, you are welcome to arrange a self-pickup from our Westlands warehouse.
Standard rental prices cover the cost of the equipment only. Setup, breakdown, and delivery fees are calculated separately based on the volume of your order and the distance to your venue. You will see these costs itemized in your formal quote.
We require a refundable 20% security deposit on all rental orders. If an item is damaged, broken, or heavily stained (e.g., wax on linens, burns on tents), the replacement or repair cost will be deducted from your deposit.
To secure our services or rental equipment for your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% balance, along with any security deposits, must be cleared 7 days prior to your event date.
We accept bank transfers (EFT/RTGS), MPESA Paybill, and major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard). Cash payments are only accepted at our office for amounts under KES 50,000.
